As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating and developing the sales team, ensuring the branch consistently achieves its targets and delivers exceptional customer service. Leading and motivating the residential sales team to achieve and exceed branch targets Driving new business and identifying opportunities to grow market share Overseeing the sales process and ensuring transactions progress smoothly through to completion Coaching and developing team members to maximise individual and branch performance Maintaining strong relationships with clients and delivering consistently high levels of customer service Monitoring branch performance and implementing strategies to achieve continued growth We are looking for a confident, ambitious and target-driven property professional with proven experience within residential sales.
