PEAR β Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator β East Ham
Salary Β£18,000 + Commission Β£30,000-Β£35,000, Petrol allowance
5-day week β Monday β Thursday 9-6:30 Friday β 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am β 5pm day off during the week. Our client based in East Ham, are looking for a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
They are a dynamic independent business who deal in Residential Sales and Lettings. Rapidly growing and looking for an ambitious individual to join their team.
Applicants will have excellent sales skills, be articulate, well presented, and keen to further their career with a leading company.

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team in a competitive environment.
- Qualifying & responding to all leads.
- Arrange & manage viewings by telephone.
- Handle negotiations and offers between landlord and tenant.
- Achieve monthly targets.
- Handle queries and consistently update database relating to the whole property process.
- Update window details, mail outs, targeted letter drops to key areas.
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
Qualifications and skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to work without supervision.
- Confident telephone manner and computer literate.
- Ability to negotiate, problem solve, handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Full UK driving licence.
