Duties:
- Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and reference your candidates prior to interview.
- Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers.
- Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation.
- Negotiate any agency fees.
- Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with onboarding.
- Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions.
- Utilise social media platforms to source, engage, and build relationships with prospective candidates.
- Advertising vacancies and managing job postings across multiple platforms.
- Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.
Candidate requirements:
- Ability to build great relationships.
- Passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and hungry to succeed.
- Driven, ambitious and resilient.
- Previous sales experience would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
