Pear Recruitment is seeking a successful Sales Negotiator with a minimum of 2 years' experience within Estate Agency. This role offers a salary of £20,000 – £25,000, with OTE up to £50,000 - £60,000 plus a car allowance. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am-6:00pm, and Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm, with a day off in lieu.

Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants, gaining a thorough understanding of their motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
- Plan and execute viewing tours ensuring they are structured and fruitful.
- Assess buyers’ financial position and refer them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process, instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.

- Knowledge and experience of the sales market and conveyancing process.
- A strong work ethic.
