Our client, an independently owned estate agency franchise, is seeking a Lettings Negotiator with at least a year’s experience to join their branch in Stanmore. If you live locally and are able to hit the ground running, you could be the right fit for their friendly and motivated team. Your typical day:
- Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas.
- Driving lettings through the office.

- Complying with all relevant legislation in the industry.
