Key Responsibilities- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Effectively build and maintain relationships with applicants and Vendors.
- Fully qualify applicants gaining a thorough understanding of the applicant’s motivation for their search to design the best possible tour for them.
- Organising and attending viewings
- Following up on leads and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiating terms and co-ordinating sales to completion
- Assessing buyers’ financial position and referring them to suitable mortgage brokers and solicitors.
- Remaining proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up solicitors/buyers for documentation.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Maintaining applicant database
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
