Our client is one of London's fastest-growing independent lettings and property management businesses, operating across Prime Central and South-west London. They are building a high-performance company centered around ambitious people, exceptional standards and a relentless focus on growth. Their offices are designed to reflect the premium service they provide, combining market-leading presentation with a culture focused on performance, accountability and results. They move quickly and reward performance properly.
They are looking for commercially driven individuals who thrive in competitive environments and want to be part of building something exceptional. The business is entering a major period of growth and operational evolution following the introduction of the Renters' Rights reforms, creating significant opportunity for high-level operators who understand both new business generation and long-term portfolio growth.
Their Chiswick office represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities out of all their branches, so they are now seeking a Business Manager to take ownership of the office, accelerate new business generation and build into one of the area's leading lettings and property management businesses. They believe strongly in rewarding high performers properly and creating an environment where talented people can genuinely build long-term careers.
As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing local market share and building a high-performing team capable of delivering long-term success. This is a highly commercial role requiring someone who can simultaneously:
- Build long-term relationships with landlords, investors and local contacts
- Operate with urgency, structure and commercial intelligence
- Establish Winchester White as a leading local brand
- Build relationships with landlords, developers, investors and local businesses
- Generate valuation opportunities through proactive networking and business development
- Recruit, train and develop future team members as the office expands
Proven winners within the London lettings market, capable of building and developing teams, with a proven track record within residential lettings. Strong understanding of modern lettings compliance and legislation, and experience operating within high-performance sales environments.
£1,000 per month car allowance. Clear progression opportunities within a rapidly growing business. High-performance culture with strong earning potential. Managed and premium service performance.
