The successful candidate will be highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented, with a structured approach to managing service charge accounts and financial records.
You will have previous experience within property accounting, with a strong understanding of service charge budgets, reconciliations, invoicing and year-end accounts.
Candidates should have excellent numerical and administrative skills, and be confident using accounting and property management software.
