Our client, a well-established estate agency based in Raynes Park, specialises in residential sales, lettings, and property management. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Assistant Sales Manager to join their motivated and dynamic team, supporting the continued growth and success of the branch.

Responsibilities- Identifying and capitalising on opportunities for business growth
- Proactively making calls and following up on new and existing leads
- Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding the team
