Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator – Wapping Basic Salary £28,000 – £30,000 plus an excellent commission structure Full licence and own car required Our client is a growing, independent estate agent. You will join a supportive team who values the importance of building strong and trusting relationships both internally and externally. They currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate would play a key role in further developing and growing the business. We are looking for a passionate and determined salesperson with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results. The right person will have a minimum of 1 Year experience in either lettings or property sales and be flexible to do both as part of the role. The role requires you to have a full driving licence and your own car; and you must be able to work Saturdays. *Recommend a friend* – Do you know someone looking for a position? Duties you will be required to undertake: Working professionally and proactively to meet targets in a busy and high energy environment. Proactively making sales & lettings calls to potential tenants/buyers and landlords/vendors. Handling enquiries over the telephone and in person from applicants, vendors, and potential landlords Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required Producing reports, brochures, promotional material Travelling to properties and conducting viewings with applicants Negotiating the sales or letting of a property over the phone, in person and by email Updating Expert Agent in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information. All admin tasks related to sales, lettings and office including monitoring of inboxes for new enquiries.
