Senior Property Manager – Archway Salary – £35,000 – £45,000 Full clean licence – use of Pool car Hybrid working We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Property Manager to become part of a great office in Archway, North London. Working with 2 other Property Managers overseeing the team. You will manage a portfolio, including HMO’s so knowledge within this area will be essential. Your role with include pre-tenancy works, property inspections, Check in check out reports, routine and emergency maintenance as well as liaising with the TDS. You must be presentable, a great communicator and able to use your own initiative.
