Pear Recruitment is looking for a Sales Negotiator / Valuer with a fantastic personality to join a busy team in the great location of Wimbledon Village. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your amazing negotiation skills and further your career with a leading Estate Agency. As an experienced member of the team, you will have all the usual responsibilities including regular communication with clients, negotiating offers, valuing and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.
Industry experience is essential for this role as a minimum you will need to evidence previous sales experience. If you thrive in a fast paced, customer focused environment and feel you have the skills for this role, please send your CV to be considered for this role.
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
- Assist the buyers with finding the right properties and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
- Negotiating terms and coordinating sales to completion.
- Conducting property valuations based on market trends, location, condition, and comparable sales.
- Generating market appraisals to advise clients on realistic pricing.
- Supporting the sales process from initial valuation to exchange contracts, ensuring accurate and professional guidance.
- Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals.
- Working to financial, individual and team targets to increase the company turnover.
- Maintaining applicant database.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Building relationships with clients and providing honest insightful advice to help them make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experience.
- Be target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be able to work effectively managing a team.
- Be always motivated and enthusiastic.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Have good organisational skills.
- Be a car owner with a full driving licence.
