The predicted salary is between 24000 - 28000 £ per year.

Basic Salary £20,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000)

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm, 5-day week

Driver & Own car required

You will have outstanding customer service and a down to earth manner. With an ethos based on honesty, integrity, and local knowledge the ideal candidate will have all these qualities. In addition, you will be confident, responsible, well presented and highly motivated. We are looking for someone who can shine within this established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to their clients.

Working hard to achieve exceptional results, we want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within this fantastic environment.

We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with the following skills:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange viewings & converting enquiries
  • Conversing with vendors and buyers to get the best results
  • Canvassing and prospecting new business
  • Delivering incredible service and achieving 5 Star Google Reviews
  • Progressing your own deals weekly and updating clients frequently
  • Managing your own diary and making sure you are using your time efficiently
  • Make sure we are exceeding Service Level Agreements
