Salary – £24,000 + Commission (OTE £55,200) Plus Car Allowance or company car
5 Day week – Monday to Friday: 9am -6.30pm, Every Saturday: 9am -4pm Day off during the week.
Our client is currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Negotiator, to join a successful team based in Colliers Wood. An independent estate agency, established for over thirty-four years with an excellent local reputation for amazing customer service and client interaction.
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual who wants to drive their career forward. You will be joining a hardworking team, who have a great working relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Sales and Lettings Branch Manager in driving business growth.
- Targeted monthly Sales and Lettings new business deals.
- Personal commission on all agreed deals directly responsible for, plus commission from solicitor and financial service successful referrals.
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Always ensuring excellent customer service.
- Working alongside the Branch Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations in the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales and Lettings within an estate agency.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent knowledge of the South West London property market.
