Location: Battersea (field-based, covering both Battersea and Brixton areas)

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000

Hours: Mon-Fri (when Saturday viewings are necessary you will receive half midweek day in lieu)

Our client is a well-regarded independent lettings and sales agency operating across Battersea and Brixton. They are looking for an experienced and highly organised Property Specialist to join their team, playing a central role in delivering an outstanding service to landlords and tenants across both of their branches. This is a field-based role that covers both the Battersea and Brixton areas. You will be the face of the business, conducting viewings, inspections, and inventories and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high standards their clients expect.

  • Property Viewings
    • Conduct accompanied viewings at residential properties across Battersea and Brixton
    • Prepare thoroughly before each viewing by obtaining all relevant property and tenant information in advance
    • Provide clear, structured feedback and handover notes to negotiators following each viewing, ensuring no actions are missed
  • Inspections & Inventories
    • Carry out mid-tenancy property inspections and produce accurate, detailed reports
    • Conduct check-in and check-out inventories to the required standard
    • Proactively identify and flag any maintenance issues, compliance concerns, or missing items during visits
  • Property Content Capture
    • Capture high-quality photography and property content for use in listings and marketing materials
    • Operate the Giraffe360 camera system to produce professional-grade visual content
    • Ensure all content is captured to brief and ready for timely publication
  • Diary & Logistics Management
    • Plan and maintain a well-organised calendar for viewings, inspections, and content capture appointments
    • Proactively flag travel time requirements, scheduling conflicts, and capacity constraints
    • Liaise with the branch team to coordinate efficiently and avoid clashes across both locations
  • Systems & Keys
    • Maintain a good working knowledge of key systems used across the business
    • Track and manage property keys with care, proactively flagging any missing keys or access gaps before appointments
    • Ensure all visit records and outcomes are logged accurately and promptly

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in lettings viewings and property management
  • Full, clean UK driving licence a requirement of the role
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to manage a busy, varied diary
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the business professionally at all times
  • Flexible approach to working hours, with willingness to work evenings and weekends where required
  • Meticulous attention to detail in reporting, handovers, and written records

Desirable

  • Experience using Giraffe360 or similar property photography/scanning equipment (training will be provided)
  • Familiarity with lettings management software (e.g. Alto, Street or similar)
