Duties
- Driving new business
- Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team to drive their performance
- Overseeing the full landlord process from valuation to Deal
- Conduct high-level landlord valuations and negotiations
- Win instructions at strong fee levels
- Build long-term landlord relationships
- Grow market share, revenue and office profitability
- Increase managed portfolio penetration
- Deliver consistent monthly deal flow, pipeline management and deal progression
- Operate with urgency, structure and commercial intelligence
- Maintain exceptional service standards across the office
- Manage performance reviews, one-to-ones and development plan

Requirements
- Proven track record within residential lettings
- Previous management or senior leadership experience
- Strong history of winning instructions and generating revenue
- Experience operating within Prime or Southwest London markets
- Strong understanding of modern lettings compliance and legislation
- Experience growing managed portfolios
- Experience working within high-performance sales environments
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong negotiation and closing ability
- Full UK driving licence
