Basic: £20,000 Guarantee of £33,500 for first 3 months OTE £45,000 - £50,000. Licence Required, Company Car provided.

Duties will include:

  • Monitor and maintain up to date property availability
  • Reference and credit checks
  • Register new tenancies
  • Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct
  • Registering applicants details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
  • Answer telephone and email enquiries
  • Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective tenants
  • Negotiating rental agreements
