Our client, a well-established estate agency in Ascot, is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join their team. Known for providing a professional, personal and reliable service, they pride themselves on their passion for property, strong local knowledge and commitment to exceptional customer care.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated property professional to lead and develop the sales operation, build strong relationships with buyers and vendors, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business, maximising sales opportunities and delivering outstanding results, while maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the property sales process.
Duties: Generating new property listings and instructions from sellers. Carrying out property valuations and market appraisals. Developing strategies to increase sales and market share. Building relationships with vendors, buyers, developers, and investors. Identifying new business opportunities and local market trends. Managing and motivating negotiators and sales staff. Setting sales targets and monitoring performance. Recruiting, training, and mentoring team members. Conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
Key Skills: Proven experience in residential property Sales Strong track record in listing and winning instructions Ability to build and nurture strong business relationships Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and guiding our team Relationship building skills A keen drive for securing new business
