They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. Based in a vibrant office alongside an experienced and supportive team, this is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be experienced in all aspects of property management and make managing a portfolio of around 220 properties look easy! This means you will be highly organized and self-sufficient feeling confident enough to jump straight in!

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing a portfolioof residential propertiesonbehalf of landlords.
- Acting as themain point ofcontact for landlordsand tenants.
- Managing the tenancylifecycle from move-in through torenewaland end oftenancy.
- Handling tenant enquiries, queriesand maintenance requestspromptly.
- Coordinating repairs andmaintenance with contractorsand ensuringworks are completedto a highstandard.
- Arranging andmanaging property inspections.
- Liaising with landlordsregarding property condition, maintenance and expenditure.
- Managingrent-related queriesand working closelywith the accountsteam regarding arrears.
- Dealing with tenancyrenewals, extensions andnotices.
- Ensuring properties andtenancies remain compliantwith current legislationand safety requirements.
- Managing check-inand check-outprocesses.
- Coordinating depositdeductions and resolvingdisputes where necessary.
- Building and maintainingstrong relationships withlandlords, tenants andcontractors.
- Keeping accurate recordsand ensuring allproperty management systemsarekept up todate.
- Responding effectively toemergenciesand urgent maintenanceissues.
The Individual:
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- A minimum of 1 year property management experience.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work on your own.
- Excellent IT skills with intermediate MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to use Alto
- Highly motivated and positive with a βcan doβ attitude.
