A client, renowned for their expertise in the residential and commercial property sectors, is in search of a Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 120 properties.
The successful candidate will benefit from professionals, whose experience in the industry have enhanced client satisfaction. This is a workplace that does not merely aim to meet expectations but consistently strives to exceed them, always going above and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a track record of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
About the role:
- Dealing with check out inventories and deposit returns
- Dealing with contractors invoices to ensure payment
- Providing a swift response to all maintenance queries and giving a high level of customer service
- Handling tenant complaints and resolving disputes
- Inspecting the property regularly to identify maintenance needs
- Assisting other members of staff in the PM department whenever required, with renewals or general PM administration
- Co-operating with the Lettings Team
- Ensuring portfolio compliance with all legislation: Gas Certs, EICRs etc.
- Attend Property inspections
