Due to continued growth, a great position has become available to join our clients' property management department. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar position who are looking to make their next move in Property Management.
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, you must be able to confidently manage your own workload, keep on top of any issues, and always stay organised.
Responsibilities:- Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
- Build relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues, and suppliers
- Keep track of tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends
- Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears
- Administration of tenant procedures including referencing and producing statement of accounts
- Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections
- Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports
- Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions, and dealing with DPS claims
- Organise repair quotes and works as necessary
- Prioritise daily workload and work to deadlines
