Pear Recruitment is seeking a Property Manager to join the growing Property Management team in North Cheam. You will manage your own portfolio, ensure properties are well maintained and provide high levels of service to landlords and tenants.
The role requires strong organisation, the ability to work independently, and a valid driving licence with own vehicle for inspections. Salary £26,000-£28,000 plus £2,400 commission and car allowance up to £900 per year, hours Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm.
