The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, addressing client concerns, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities: * Oversee a growing portfolio of managed properties. * General maintenance repairs co-ordination * Liaising with customers, contractors and staff via telephone, email, face to face and letters. * Ensuring legal compliance to new and existing legislation on all managed properties. * Filing and general administration. * conducting property inspections * Dealing with PM accounts tasks Experience and requirements: * Over 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management * ARLA qualification would be preferred. * Excellent administration and team working skills * IT literate * Ability to prioritise and work under pressure without supervision If you are interested in this Property Manager position and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.
