Embrace the challenge and make a significant impact in the world of property management. Responsibilities: Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner. Build relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers. Organise all renewals of lettings including renewing Gas Safety Certificates on time, electrical certificates, EPCS etc. Keeping track of tenancies and negotiate rental renewals in line with market trends. Constantly monitor and curtail any rental arrears. Administration of tenant procedures including referencing and producing statement of accounts Drafting Letters & canvassing Organising check-in and check-out inventory inspections Booking property inspections and producing landlord reports Logging deposits with DPS scheme, itemising deposit deductions and dealing with DPS claims. Organise repair quotes and works as necessary. Prioritize daily workload and work to deadlines. Requirements: Extremely organised with great Customer service skills Experience working at corporate level. Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team. Enthusiastic and positive outlook Excellent communication skills ARLA qualified is preferential. Full UK Licence and own car Experience with contracts, competent completing all paperwork relating to deals Confident when talking to landlords. Familiar with Property management software/invoices/statements software packages for Lettings agents and Landlord.
