Working Hours – Monday to Friday 9am–5:30pm
Our client, a dynamic and growing property management company, is seeking an experienced, proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Property Manager to join their Maintenance Division.
In this role, you will manage a designated property portfolio and act as the central point of contact for tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams. You will ensure all maintenance requests are handled efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to day-to-day maintenance enquiries
* Raise work orders and monitor jobs to ensure timely completion
* Coordinate sub-contractors and in-house maintenance teams
* Receive, verify and process contractor invoices within required timeframes
* Review property inspection reports and follow up where necessary
* Manage key control (logging in/out, tagging and issuing keys)
* Liaise with tenants and landlords to schedule and complete repairs
* Maintain full responsibility for your assigned property portfolio
* Support the team with ad-hoc duties when required
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance or a similar property management role
* Strong communication skills with tenants, landlords, contractors, and internal teams
* Highly organised with excellent time management; able to prioritise and manage multiple work orders
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess issues quickly and prevent escalation
* Contractor coordination experience, including scheduling works, reviewing quotes, and monitoring quality
* High attention to detail with accurate administration and consistent follow-ups
* Reliable and accountable, taking ownership of tasks from start to finish
* Customer-focused approach: calm, professional, and solution-oriented
* IT confident; experience with REAPIT and ServiceM8 highly desirable
