Part time secretary
Location: Crouch End
Salary: £15 per hour
Hours: 3 day or 5 day week 9.00am - 2.30pm or 9.30am - 3.00pm
Our client is a successful, privately owned independent agency. Established over 35 years ago, they have over three decades of experience in providing quality estate agency. With eight offices spanning North and East London as well as Essex, they are market leaders in these areas offering a comprehensive service incorporating residential sales, letting and property management.
They are seeking a Part Time Secretary where you will be expected to undertake a multitude of tasks. You must have property experience and have worked in a similar role.
Key Tasks- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Updating spreadsheets
- Handling correspondents
- Minute taking
- Maintain filing systems
- Diary Management - Organise and coordinate meetings
- Organise internal and external events
- Assisting directors and other members of staff
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical
