Hours: Monday – Friday 9.30am – 2.30pm

They are seeking an organised, professional, and customer‑focused Part‑Time Lettings Office Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of their busy lettings department at their Waltham Abbey branch. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast‑paced property environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with administrative tasks
  • Managing enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating viewings
  • Supporting the lettings team to ensure a smooth and efficient service for landlords, tenants, and prospective applicants

For the successful applicants, this role will involve:

  • Arranging and coordinating property viewings, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and communicated to all parties
  • Preparing and processing tenancy move‑in documentation, including referencing checks and compliance paperwork
  • Collating and organising company invoices and financial records for submission to the accountant
  • Providing administrative support to the Property Manager, assisting with day‑to‑day property management tasks
  • Maintaining and managing the annual holiday schedule, ensuring accurate records of staff leave and absence
  • Handling general office administration, filing, and correspondence to support the smooth operation of the lettings department
