This is a fantastic opportunity to have a career with a respected and established Estate Agency who are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator for their branch in Northwood. The ideal candidate will be a well-presented, dynamic and target-driven individual with previous estate agency experience and the ability to maximise all potential business opportunities. You will be results-focused, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service.

Duties:

  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
  • Attending viewings, valuations, surveys, and other meetings as required
  • Maintaining applicant database
  • Progressing sales from offer stage through to completion
  • Obtaining mortgage leads
  • Updating systems and records in an accurate and thorough manner to capture all relevant information
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
