Location: Leatherhead

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary

OTE: £40,000 - £45,000

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Working Pattern: Two-week rota

We are currently recruiting for a New Homes Sales Consultant to join an established and successful property team based in Leatherhead. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estate agent or sales professional looking to develop their career within the New Homes sector. The role will involve working across new homes developments, dealing with prospective purchasers and guiding customers through the buying process from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contacting prospective purchasers from an established database
  • Booking and conducting viewings at new homes developments
  • Managing enquiries via telephone, email and online channels
  • Following up leads and maximising sales opportunities
  • Guiding buyers through the purchasing process
  • Building strong relationships with purchasers and property professionals
  • Working closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency teams
  • Developing strong knowledge of individual developments and properties
  • Supporting development launches, open days and marketing events
  • Working towards and achieving sales targets

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have experience within estate agency, property sales, new homes or a target-driven sales environment. You will need to be confident dealing with customers, have excellent communication skills and be motivated by achieving targets and earning commission. You will also be:

  • Passionate about property and customer service

Working Pattern

The role operates on a two-week rota:

  • Week 1: Four days Monday to Friday, plus Saturday, supporting development launches, open days and show homes.
  • Week 2: Monday to Friday.

Working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm.

Package

  • £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary
  • Guaranteed additional earnings for the first two months
