Our client's experienced property management department is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking and well-organised individual to lead their team.
The role involves overseeing 2 Property Managers and taking ownership of a portfolio of over 430 properties.

- Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business goals

- Identify opportunities for growth, acquisitions, or improvements
