Responsibilities

  • Open and close the office, set the alarm
  • Conduct viewings (lettings and potentially sales)
  • Provide handover at the end of Saturday with outcome of viewings, feedback, and enquiries to follow up
  • Take calls, log enquiries, and deal with walk-in customers
