Duties:

  • Make calls to connect with contacts and generate new business leads.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads and reference your candidates prior to interview.
  • Interview jobseekers to continuously enhance the database of jobseekers.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for their recruiting clients or their own organisation.
  • Negotiate any agency fees.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and assist with onboarding.
  • Headhunt by approaching candidates for executive roles and specialist positions.
  • Utilise social media platforms to source, engage, and build relationships with prospective candidates.
  • Advertising vacancies and managing job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs.

Candidate requirements:

  • Ability to build great relationships.
  • Passionate about driving sales, hitting targets and hungry to succeed.
  • Driven, ambitious and resilient.
  • Previous sales experience would be an advantage.
