The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of the agency, contributing to the dynamic environment with their expertise and knowledge. The role demands a proactive, self‑motivated individual who can confidently appraise properties, ensuring accurate and competitive market pricing, winning new instructions and listing properties for the market.
Duties:
- Be confident in generating new business in a target‑driven environment
- Prepare and present professional property appraisals for potential sellers and landlords
- Advise clients on realistic pricing strategies based on current market trends
- Offer guidance to clients throughout the process
- Conduct accurate property valuations to attract new listings
- Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
