Hours: 5-day week including Saturdays - Monday to Thursday 9am-6:30pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Every Saturday 10am-3pm with Tuesday off

Our client is a dynamic and well-established estate agency based in Watford, with a growing reputation for delivering a high level of service across the property market. They are currently seeking a confident, experienced and driven Lettings Consultant who can value properties and hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join this friendly, talented team and play a key role within a proactive and expanding business. The successful candidate will predominantly be working across the mid to high-end lettings market, dealing with high-end properties and clients.
The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate and a motivated individual who has a genuine passion for property, excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed. Responsibilities:
- Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails
- Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required
- Arranging/conducting property viewings
- Negotiating lets through to move in
- Referencing potential tenants
- Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices
- Assisting with business generation
- Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback
- Providing high levels of customer service
- Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients
- Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business
- Generating T&Cs
- Maintain an up-to-date database
Skills Required:
- Preferably have experience with Reapit
- Proactive and target driven
