Responsibilities
- Develop and implement property management strategies aligned with business goals
- Set performance targets for portfolios (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
- Identify opportunities for growth, acquisitions, or improvements
- Lead and manage property managers, leasing agents, and support staff
- Recruit, train, and evaluate employees
- Ensure high performance and professional development across the team
- Prepare and manage budgets for properties
- Monitor income, expenses, and profitability
- Approve major expenditures and cost-control initiatives
- Oversee rent collection and financial reporting
