Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their busy and successful lettings department. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual looking to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle client communications in a professional and timely manner
Always deliver exceptional customer service
Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
Ensure all viewings are followed up and feedback is provided to the landlord
Assisting tenants through the referencing process
Answering general enquiries from potential tenants and Landlords
Full drivers license and own car required
Ideal Candidate

Demonstrate a professional work ethic
Have an excellent telephone manner
Be smart in appearance
Have access to a car and hold a full UK driving licence
