Pear Recruitment – Lettings Coordinator – Clerkenwell/Farringdon Salary – £30,000 – £35,000Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pmOur client is looking for a Lettings Coordinator to be based in their Clerkenwell/Farringdon branch. An established, fully accredited independent agent is seeking a talented individual with around 1 year experience to join their expanding team, Reapit is preferred but not essential. This role offers a unique chance to become part of a company that prioritises exceptional customer service and consistently exceeds client expectations.As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of the branch, engaging with a diverse range of clients and supporting the Lettings team. Please contact us for more information.Responsibilities Receive Success Form & check for TOBs, Land Reg & AML checksSaving Interim Reference Reports in ReapitSending Tenancy DetailsBooking any Outstanding Certs & InventoryForwarding Completed References for the Manager to review & Landlord approvalGenerating draft Tenancy Agreements for the Manager to approveRequest & Receive Signing & Move-in Monies from TenantsFinal Certification ChecksExecute Agreements & Send to all partiesSend Success Form & Separate PI to Client AccountsEmail Inventory to All, add meter readings, complete works ordersAssist all offices with Deposit returns for Let Only & Rent Collect LandlordsBooking check-outs for Let Only & Rent Collect LandlordsGeneral Office Duties Welcoming all visitors to the office and assisting with any initial lettings & sales queriesThe mainline telephone calls, voicemails & postMaintaining an accurate record of the allocation and movement of keys.Facilities Management: Stationery, Recycling, Cleaning, Alarms,Additional Office Duties Sending Terms of Business for signature & Client ID/ AML Checks.Helping to ensure compliance by checking and renewing certification such as GSC, EPC, EICR and Property Licensing.Generating and completing Works Orders.Ensuring excellent data quality and saving of all documents & file notes on Reapit.Assist with marketing, including canvassing, window cards, boards, organising photos & floorplans, etc.Any additional duties given by a director.If you are interested in thisrole and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion.Due to the number of applications we receive, we are unfortunately unable to respond to each applicant individually.
