  • Day to day reconciliation of client’s accounts for approx 150 managed properties
  • Applying charges

  • Paying contractors

  • Paying estate agency invoices and collating monthly invoices for accountant
  • Assist property manager with referencing for new lets
  • Assisting with files for new business
