Salary: Basic £20,000 OTE £35,000

Hours: Mon - Fri 8:45am - 6:00pm, Sat 9:30am - 3:00pm

Role Overview

Our client, an independently owned estate agency franchise, seeks a Lettings Negotiator with at least a year's experience to join their Stanmore branch. If you live locally and can hit the ground running, you may be a good fit for their friendly and motivated team.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas.
  • Drive lettings through the office.
  • Conduct property viewings.
  • Generate quality leads, follow up and consistently aim for high conversion rates.
  • Negotiate rental agreements, liaise between landlords and tenants.
  • Comply with all relevant legislation in the industry.
  • Ensure all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.
  • Demonstrate the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • The ability to engage and work well within a successful team.
