Role Overview
Our client, an independently owned estate agency franchise, seeks a Lettings Negotiator with at least a year's experience to join their Stanmore branch. If you live locally and can hit the ground running, you may be a good fit for their friendly and motivated team.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generate new ideas.
- Drive lettings through the office.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Generate quality leads, follow up and consistently aim for high conversion rates.
- Negotiate rental agreements, liaise between landlords and tenants.
- Comply with all relevant legislation in the industry.
- Ensure all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service.
- Demonstrate the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements.
