They are currently seeking a confident, experienced and driven Lettings Consultant who can value properties and hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join this friendly, talented team and play a key role within a proactive and expanding business. The successful candidate will predominantly be working across the mid to high-end lettings market, dealing with High end properties and clients. The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate and a motivated individual who has a genuine passion for property, excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed. Responsibilities: Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries, answering phone calls and emails Preparation of lettings particulars, in conjunction with the Valuer, checking of background details and emailing relevant applicants when required Arranging /conducting property viewings Negotiating lets through to move in Referencing potential tenants Preparation of Tenancy Agreements and other legal notices Assisting with business generation Providing Applicants and Landlords with regular feedback Providing high levels of customer service Research and compile valuations as required for new, current and potential clients Carrying out Market Appraisals and winning new business Generating T
