Our client, award winners for best estate agent in 2024, with recognition for marketing, customer service and sales and lettings results, are based in Lee and looking for a Senior Property Manager to join their established team looking after a good-sized portfolio of properties.
The ideal candidate will possess ambition and be able to hit the ground running. The role demands a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:- Facilitating Maintenance from the initial enquiry through to invoicing.
- Reviewing and providing recommendations on third party Property Visits.
- Managing all compliance certification post move in.
- End of tenancies including serving of all legal notices, attending court hearings, evictions and negotiating the return of the deposit.
- Resolving generic enquiries.
- Providing high levels of customer service liaising with tenants, landlords, contractors and colleagues alike.
