Overview

Pear Recruitment – Junior/Experienced Property Manager – Stratford

Salary – Β£25,000 – Β£30,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours – Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm; 1 Saturday per month 9am – 2pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties in the thriving area of Stratford. Join a highly respected and well-established company known for its commitment to integrity and exceptional service.

You will be managing a portfolio of properties. Although experience is not essential for this role, a genuine passion for property management, coupled with clear ambition for career progression, will be highly advantageous. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills are key to maintaining and strengthening the company\\\’s outstanding reputation.

Role and responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Arrange compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC
  • Apply for PRPL – Private Rental Property Licences with various boroughs
  • Book and check Management Inspections
  • Negotiate the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required)
  • Advise utility companies when properties become available
  • Coordinate estimates and undertake repairs by contractors
  • Negotiate and co-ordinate renewal contracts
  • Day to day correspondence
  • Preparation of tenancy agreements
  • Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
  • Process referencing
