An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties in the thriving area of Stratford. Join a highly respected and well-established company known for its commitment to integrity and exceptional service.

You will be managing a portfolio of properties. Role and responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties
- Arrange compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC
- Apply for PRPL β Private Rental Property Licences with various boroughs
- Book and check Management Inspections
- Negotiate the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required)
- Advise utility companies when properties become available
- Coordinate estimates and undertake repairs by contractors
- Negotiate and co-ordinate renewal contracts
- Day to day correspondence
- Preparation of tenancy agreements
- Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
- Process referencing
