Overview Pear Recruitment – Junior/Experienced Property Manager – Stratford
Salary – £25,000 – £30,000 (Depending on Experience)
Hours – Monday – Friday – 9:00am – 5:00pm; 1 Saturday per month 9am – 2pm

You will be managing a portfolio of properties. Although experience is not essential for this role, a genuine passion for property management, coupled with clear ambition for career progression, will be highly advantageous. Role and responsibilities Manage a portfolio of properties
Arrange compliance, GSI, ESI, PAT and EPC
Apply for PRPL – Private Rental Property Licences with various boroughs
Book and check Management Inspections
Negotiate the return of deposits between landlord and tenant (including co-ordination of any repairs, cleaning as required)
Advise utility companies when properties become available
Coordinate estimates and undertake repairs by contractors
Negotiate and co-ordinate renewal contracts
Day to day correspondence
Preparation of tenancy agreements
Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
Process referencing
