Job Description
Pear Recruitment – Junior Lettings Negotiator – Lee
Salary – Up to £20,000 – £22,000 (Depending on Experience) -OTE £30,000
Hours – Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm – 5-day week

Looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team based in Lee. Experience is not essential for this role. If you are well presented, and keen to further your career with a leading company please send your CV to be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Carry out Valuations and list new properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlord with regular feedback
- Facilitating a let through to move in
- Previous lettings experience is preferred
- Full UK driving licence.
