Overview
Pear Recruitment – Junior Lettings Negotiator – Kew
Salary – £20,000 (depending on experience) OTE £40,000
Working hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am – 5:30pm, every other Saturday 09:30am – 1pm
Driver own car required
Our client is looking for a Junior Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team based in their office in the lovely area of Kew, a fantastic base for this well-established Estate Agency with a reputation for exceptional knowledge of the local area.

Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings and letting properties
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database
- Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback
- Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business
- Registering applicants
- Matching properties to applicants needs
- Listing Properties
- Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants
Qualifications
- Must own a car and hold a valid driving licence
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach
- Desire to meet and exceed targets
- Self-motivation with a can do attitude
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
- Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills
- Full UK driving licence
