Our client, a respected independent Estate Agency, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their vibrant team in Deptford. This role offers the perfect blend of challenge and reward, set within a supportive and ambitious environment.

Basic Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 6pm

The role of Inventory Clerk will require you to:

  • Collect keys from estate agents / gain access to properties
  • Compile reports on property conditions along with lists of their furnishings on computer tablet
  • Take photographs in properties
  • Take meter readings in properties
  • Meet tenants/landlords if required
  • Discuss findings with tenants/landlords if required

  • Smartly dressed, professional appearance
  • Confidence and ability to work alone
