Our client is a well-established and award-winning property management company that is continuing to grow at an impressive pace. Due to this ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Block Manager to join their successful team based in Holloway. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who is looking to further develop their career within a highly respected business that values professionalism, exceptional customer service, and employee development. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and collaborative team within a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.
Previous experience in block management is essential, as you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential developments, building and maintaining strong relationships with leaseholders, freeholders, contractors, and clients, while ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in full compliance with relevant legislation.
The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard.
- Day to day operations, tenant interactions and lease administration.
- Arrange and oversee planned and reactive maintenance works.
- Maintain relations with leaseholders and RTM Companies.
- Risk Management – Ensure properties are compliant with H&S, Fire Regulations etc.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, complaints, and emergency situations.
- Ensure accurate property records are maintained and updated on internal systems.
