Job description:
- Primary contact for landlords, building excellent relationships, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
- Maximise stock levels and drive revenue
- Generate new instructions through networking and nurturing landlord relationships
- Conduct market appraisals to advise landlords on rental properties for marketing
- Pricing and market research
- Collect details about the property (size, location, price, features, amenities)
- Verify ownership documents and legal information
- Create listings with clear attractive property descriptions
- Keep all listings up to date and ensure accuracy of all information
- Negotiate tenancy terms
