Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to join their successful branch in Harringay and become part of a fantastic, supportive team. This varied role will involve conducting regular property inspections, coordinating EPCs and Gas Safety Certificates, and ensuring properties remain fully compliant. You'll also play an active role in business development through canvassing, prospecting, and generating referrals to help drive continued growth.
Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, and must be able to demonstrate a track record of achievements. The successful candidate will be part of a supportive team looking after a large portfolio of properties. Property Management is a core element of our client’s business, with many of their clients having been with them for years.
As a Property Manager, your role will involve:
- Managing 365 properties with 2 other property managers
- Processing rent payments and client account reconciliations
- Managing existing tenancies and negotiating with contractors
- Tenancy renewals and amendments
- Ensuring all properties are compliant with current legislation
- Working with a team to ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered
- Arranging reactive and planned maintenance
- Carrying out property inspections
