Basic £20,000 OTE £30,000 - £35,000 Plus £3000 car allowance

Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 18:30pm, Sat: 8:45am - 5pm, 1 Saturday in 3 off (a weekly day off in lieu when working a Saturday)

Driver with Own Car

Our client is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their market-leading office in Epsom.

  • Register and qualify prospective tenants, understanding their property requirements and matching them to suitable properties.
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing professional advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and in person, always delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Keep applicants updated on new property instructions and market developments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with client and property information.
  • Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets.

Professional and confident manner, both in person and over the telephone.

Full UK driving licence and have own Car.
